Refund Policy
Our Commitment
When you pay fees to Learneasy Academy, we commit our full teaching effort for that period — scheduled classes, academic planning, doubt support, LEAP app access, and tutor attention. Your fee goes directly into delivering quality education, not into holding refundable balances.
No Refunds
All fees paid to Learneasy Academy are non-refundable. This applies to monthly plans, yearly plans, joining fees, centre classes, online tuition, home tuition, and competitive exam coaching.
- Once enrolment is confirmed and fees are received, no refund will be issued — including if a student discontinues mid-month or mid-year.
- Yearly plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a full-year commitment. There is no partial refund if a student leaves before the plan period ends.
- Joining fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.
- Study materials issued, crash courses after batch start, and third-party charges paid on behalf of the student are also non-refundable.
Monthly Plans
- Fees cover the full month of scheduled teaching. No refund is given for unused days or missed classes by the student.
- Missed classes due to student absence may be rescheduled or compensated at Learneasy’s discretion — this is support, not a refund.
Yearly Plans
- Yearly fees are a discounted package for the full academic period. There is no pro-rata refund if a student leaves before the period ends.
- If a student discontinues mid-year, no refund is issued for fees already paid or for the remaining months.
Centre / Online / Home Tuition
The same no-refund policy applies across all modes of teaching. Home visit or travel arrangements already scheduled are not refundable.
